1. Description of Service

TrackDocsAI provides AI-powered document intelligence and financial tracking through Web, Telegram, and other chat interfaces.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the documents you upload. You must not upload illegal or sensitive documents that you do not have the right to process. You agree not to use the service for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Since our costs are incurred based on AI processing usage at the time of ingest, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has started. However, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

4. Fair Use

We provide free and paid tiers. Abuse of the service (e.g., botting, spamming, or attempting to bypass usage limits) may lead to account suspension or termination without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

TrackDocsAI is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy in our AI extractions, results should be verified for critical financial or legal tasks. TrackDocsAI is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on AI-generated data.

6. Cookies and Privacy Controls

7. Changes to Terms
